There are a variety of classes to keep your workouts fresh and new, and prevent you from ever hitting a plateau again.
Monthly body composition and blood pressure assessments are included in the price so you can see your amazing results.
The classes are held at the following locations which you can mix and match as you choose throughout each month.
The schedule will change each session to allow more outdoor workouts as the weather changes.
Check the calendar on this page frequently for updates on seasonal location changes. Class will be held indoors at Renewal if weather does not
permit outdoor workouts on those scheduled days. Fit Club classes are safe and beneficial for ANY level of fitness!

Walking/Running stairs for the perfect lower body, calisthenics and core for the perfect upper body

Obstacles courses, calisthenics, high rep weight training

Full body circuits utilizing weights, cardio equipment and the amazing speed flex equipment.
Each class will be focusing on burning fat and full body toning in addition to overall health.
